Return & Exchange policy

You may return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email kisha@sweetwatercharmsandco.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, we offer an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that custom engraved charms, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request an exchange, email kisha@sweetwatercharmsandco.com with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll respond promptly to make it right and ship the exchange to you at no additional cost. 

Please note that Sweetwater Charms & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed to the shipping carrier.

Shipping

At Sweetwater Charms & Co., every item is handmade or thoughtfully curated with care. Because many pieces are crafted to order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

We ship primarily via USPS, with UPS or FedEx available upon request. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping.

We happily ship worldwide! Please note: international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by their local authorities. These costs are not included in your product or shipping total. Once your order leaves the United States, we are not responsible for transit delays, losses, or damages.

Because our products are handmade or customized, small variations from product photos are normal and add to each item’s uniqueness never reducing quality or value.
