I'm Kisha Jones, the founder behind the brand. After several years in Talent Acquisition - a career that constantly fed my love for creativity and storytelling - I experienced a profound shift in how I lived my life, and who I lived it for. As a wife, mother, and kidney transplant recipient, receiving the blessing of a second chance made it clear: it was time to stop waiting on “something” to align and lean fully into my passion for art and creation.

Everyone has a story. My vision was to craft pieces that help tell the story of the modern, all-American experience - rooted in the culture, creativity, and pride I grew up in and carry with me every day.

I started Sweetwater because I wanted accessories that feel intentional, expressive, and personal. We aimed for all of our pieces to offer the kind of details that add a little joy without feeling loud or overdone. From minimalist to maximalist bag charms to phone cases, pouches, and lanyards, every piece is designed to balance everyday function with a polished finish.
